Banana Blueberry Muffins – sugar and fat free

110 Kcal for one big, delicious, juicy, fluffy banana and blueberry muffin! Yes, just follow my easy recipe for low-fat and sugar-free blueberry muffins


 200 g flour
 40 g oats
 16 g baking powder
 150 g banana
 30 g raisins
 2 eggs
 250 g fat reduced plain yoghurt
 125 g blueberries

Preheat the oven at 180 C.


If you are using metal muffin tins, put paper tins in them or spray with oil or brush with melted butter, to prevent from sticking.


Slice the bananas (150g) and chop the raisins.
If you prefer, you use other dried fruits, like dates or cranberries.


In a bowl mix the sliced banana, raisins, 2 eggs, 250g of yoghurt and the blueberries (125g).


Add the dried ingredients: flour (200g), rolled oats (40g) and baking powder (16g) and amalgamate.


Fill the muffin tins to 3/4 with the dough, it should make 12 regular muffins or 18 small ones.


Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C or until golden brown.


Let them cool down 5 minutes before releasing from the form and then on a cooling rack.


Enjoy with a glass of cold milk!
