Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180 C.
If you are using metal muffin tins, put paper tins in them or spray with oil or brush with melted butter, to prevent from sticking.
Slice the bananas (150g) and chop the raisins.
If you prefer, you use other dried fruits, like dates or cranberries.
In a bowl mix the sliced banana, raisins, 2 eggs, 250g of yoghurt and the blueberries (125g).
Add the dried ingredients: flour (200g), rolled oats (40g) and baking powder (16g) and amalgamate.
Fill the muffin tins to 3/4 with the dough, it should make 12 regular muffins or 18 small ones.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C or until golden brown.
Let them cool down 5 minutes before releasing from the form and then on a cooling rack.
Enjoy with a glass of cold milk!
